Service design for the destination tourism service ecosystem: a review and extension

This paper aims to synthesize two emerging streams of literature in tourism, i.e. service design and destination ecosystem, develops a conceptual framework for the tourism ecosystem (DTSE). Three core themes revealed from review include concept, process. Based on thematic findings, we built two-level nested DTSE developed an integrated model design. A case study Tangbu Village China was used expound practical application model. Finally, propose agenda future research.
